“On May 20, 2025 and June 12, 2025, ID side was notified its patent delivery respectively in the US and in the EU. On September 9, ID side was granted its official patent number (US 12,413,397).
The invention allows internet users to broadcast their personal data processing preferences to every website they visit, using an encoded “signal”. Websites that recognize this “signal” adjust their behavior while processing the user’s personal data. This notably means that traditional “cookie banners” are no longer necessary.
Soon, using our tool, we all will be enabled to automatically share our AI, Privacy, Safety or Commercial choices seamlessly online.
