Last week, the European Patent Office (EPO) granted ID side a Unitary Patent (UP) for our core invention of a "Personal Data Choices Management Platform", EP3809853B1, which notably covers the spectrum of article 88b of the omnibus regulation draft released by European Commission on November 19. It means we now have seamless, uniform protection of a highly secured, user-centric and privacy-by-design innovation to automatically share our choices regarding ad targeting and personalisation across 18 European Union member states in the EU. More than knowing that our foundational IP is robustly protected, it underscores our R&D self-funded investments lead to a sound EU invention recognised as state-of-the-art in the field of Automated and machine-readable individual choices' signals.
